What are you hoping to see? What event do you want your country win? Personally I'm excited to see the opening ceremony, since every year it gets better and better. And of course, I want to see the United States take the Gold in swimming, hopefully Micheal Phelps will shatter some more world records this year. Massive queues at the airports, main road from the airport to London closed for repairs, the contractor used for security tried to keep costs down and so there aren't enough security personnel and the police and army are being drafted in to make up for it. Even one of the torches went out during the relay, so totally expecting the opening to be a disaster but hope not. I've seen two documentaries about how people have been evicted so that landlords can over charge their rent during the Olympics. Hotel prices are disgustingly higher then they should be. I dread to think what the London Underground is going to be like: JAM PACKED! I love the idea of the Olympics but for someone like me who regularly enjoys going to London every once in a while, I shall be avoiding the city like the plague this summer. Want a free signature?
